When I write an advertisement, I don't want you to tell me you find it "creative". i want you to find it so interesting that you buy the product." Whilst I would not pertain to be as mighty a wordsmith as the great Mr Ogilvy, I would defniitely rank myself as one of the best 'Sales Wordsmiths" for the UK Market. I first started writing sales copy and designing marketing materials about 20 years ago. I simply got fed up of employing other people to write really nice copy, only to find that it just didn't help to "sell" the product or service. You might assume that if someone is able to write a great novel or an interesting text book, that they could write great sales copy - but you'd be wrong. Perhaps you might think that a top journalist for the press could write great sales copy - but again you'd be wrong.I Great Sales Copy needs the combined talents of a great sales person and someone great at writing copy. Great Sales Copy for Consultative Telemarketing Campaigns
I've represented many companies over the years - and my voice is generally the first impression anyone receives of the companies I represent. I like to think I provide an excellent first representation for any organisation. The 2nd impression someone receives, is in the follow-up literature (generally email these days) that a prospective customer receives. So often, this is part of the sales process is neglected - and all the prospect receives is another dull plain text email. In the era of the 1-second attention span, a colour, fully-hyperlinked html email can make all the difference between interest or the waste bin.
Great Sales Copy for Blogs

Most of my customers know how important it is to write a blog, but often they just don't have the time - so I write it for them.
Great Sales Copy Per Se
As a Business Development expert, I'm often called upon to review entire campaigns, branding, and so on. Some of my customers prefer me to stick to Consultative Telemarketing - those I get to know better over time often ask for more. As a result of my work, customers often need help with fliers, brochures, websites, et al. Recently, I even helped an evolving company to change their company brand to suit their new positioning within the market place. On the whole though, I'm asked to help with everything from snappy sales emails to project or campaign marketing collateral such as brochures and fact sheets.
Please remember, my job is not to write like William Shakespeare, my job is to write so that your prospects turn in to your new customers.
